Inquiry:  Earlier in August I was pulled over for accidently driving through a stop sign. On the HTA ticket displayed clearly on two seperate lines under city or area the Officer wrote Winnipey instead of Winnipeg. Also under type of vehicle he wrote Hyundai Elantro instead of Elantra. In the postal code area he wrote a letter instead of the last number and last but not least in the section for province instead of MB it clearly displays a MR. Given these inaccuracies is there ground for removal of the fines and any other penalties of this ticket?

Response:  Unfortunately your charge originates in an area that we are unable to service and we are therefore unable to assist you in this matter.

Best wishes,
