Inquiry:  Hello, I recieved a ticket for “driving with a suspended license” in Windsor Ontario, the police officer mixed up the letters of my license plate, does this make a difference?

Response:   Unfortunately that will not be a critical error.  Drive Under Suspension carries a total payable fine up to $6,250.00, a mandatory 6 month suspension of licence, and up to 6 months jail upon conviction.  Generally, at a bare minimum, the penalties can be reduced.  However, we can also see if the charge can be reduced to a lesser offence or if there is a grounds to have it thrown out.  We offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
