The error does not make the ticket invalid. The right thing to do is to hire us to defend him and once we know the details from speaking to him will choose either 2, or 3 for him. The decision is not dependent in any way on the error on the ticket; which is a good reason why people should not be defending themselves. You should fight everything and always hire a professional.

Subject Speeding Ticket

Inquiry My Son received a speeding ticket coming home from Barrie Ont. The officer
put down the wrong license plate number. Is this a fatal error? We are
not sure what option to mark on the ticket, should he choose option 2,
guilty with an reason or option 3 not guilty because he was not driving a
car with that license plate? Any help you can provide with be great.
