Inquiry Hi There,
I received a speeding ticket in Alberta from a Peace Officer. I
have requested and received disclosure and 2 things to note.
1. On the
officers version of the ticket, he did not record my DL # as it was an
Ontario license.
2. There is no filing date on either the ticket or his
notes.
What can I pursue with both of these?
