You reference a suspended license, but your charge appears to be: No Insurance; that charge does not suspend your license in Ontario. If you have a suspended license for other reasons, it will of course remain.

Inquiry I was recently ticketed for driving without insurance , and went to court
to which I pleaded not guilty They set a court date 8 months away , will my
license remain suspended until then as its not an unpaid fine?
