Inquiry I got charged with careless driving after the officer said that someone
reported that a impaired driver was driving my vehicle. They came to my
door accused us of driving my truck because the engine was still warm. I
told them no one was driving the vehicle, he then left the house, only to
come back and issue me a ticket for careless driving because he didn’t
like my attitude. He said that as the owner of the vehicle which i stated I
was is responsible for the vehicle and thus resulting in the charge. Is
