Inquiry I was recently charged with careless driving. The officer charged me under
the “highway traffict act” he mispelled traffic. Is this a fatal error? The
officer is charging me under a law that does not exist. I am being charged
with careless driving under a non existent act.
I am curious if i have a possible case.
