Inquiry: I got my license suspended in march for apparent stunt driving. 52 km over. I am still in the process of fighting this in court. I had gotten back my license card when I got my vehicle release forms. Now I am freaking out because I did not pay a fee of 150$. Is my license still suspended and I just don’t know?
Response: You will need to speak with an MTO clerk to determine the status of your licence. If you licence has not been reinstated, then any further driving could result in a serious offence carrying large penalties.
