Inquiry:  I recently purchased a used car and when buying the license plate I was informed that there was an outstanding fine lodged against my driver’s license. The Service Ontario office couldn’t give me any details other than a Case No.

How do I find out the details behind this case?  Note that the fine was charged to a license plate that was stolen in 2012.

Response:   A local court clerk should be able to track down the information for you if you provide your driver’s licence number.
