Inquiry: My child, 6 years, was wearing the seat belt, but no car seat or booster. The officer in the highway gave me a ticket for drive while passenger under 16 fails to properly wear seat belt of$240 (sect 106 (4) (a) (i i). is it right or wrong to receive this ticket? is it cheaper of more expensive of just not sitting on a seat belt? Thank you
