Inquiry: Is there a statue of limitations on when an MTO officer can issue a no insurance ticket? Its been since April 2014. I have paid my ticket. He gave me 24hrs to produce insurance that l thought was being maintained by my ex-wife. But apparently she has taken me off insurance for the last 5 yrs.
