Inquiry: I hold an Ontario DL, and I was issued couple parking tickets (Mostly Private properties, some May have been police) about 3-4 years ago. I didn’t pay the fine because I sold my car and never drove ever since. Right now one of my family member is going to transfer his car to me and I would have to get a new plate. Would I have to pay this fine when getting my new plate and sticker?
