Inquiry: My driver abstract shows 3 days suspension of my Driver License and reinstate of same due to impaired driving my car alcohol warning range incident, Because of this I cannot get a job as a Truck Driver it looks bad on me. Is there way can clear this because I am suffering lot without a job. Thank you
Response: Unfortunately removal of the 3 day suspension is outside of our scope of practice. However, you may wish to contact the MTO to see what avenues are available in seeking to have the record of the suspension removed.
