Inquiry: On Sun. April 13, 2014. I was pulled over while out-of-town. I did not have my current Auto Insurance with me, so I was fined. Later when I read the ticket top to bottom, I noticed that the wrong City was entered for my home address. It said Brantford, ON but should have said Burlington, ON. My brother told me that because of this mistake, I don`t have to pay the fine of $65.00. Is that true and if so, what is my next step…who do i contact.
Response: Unfortunately, your brother is incorrect and not paying the fine would result in your licence being suspended for non-payment of fine.
