Inquiry:   I received a ticket for state statute 39:4-138 at an airport terminal. I was parked in front in order to give my family member an item she left in my car. When I got back the officer writing the ticket told me I couldn’t stand there and I tried to explain I was giving her an item. Though he asked for my ID, he did not write it on the ticket nor my driver’s license number. Is there anything I can do to dismiss this ticket?
