Inquiry:  I found that on my disclosed that they gave me that they made a few small errors, does this help me at all? It says that I am 5ft 11inches tall and have hazel eyes and black hair, when I am 5ft 8inches tall with blue eyes and brown hair. Can this help me fight the tickets?

Response:  Generally speaking, drive suspended with minor errors will not be a fatal error to a Prosecutor’s case.  However, for those that do have merit, we would have to have our court staff review the Prosecutor’s case in it’s entirety to determine the merits.  DRIVE UNDER SUSPENSION is a very serious offence carrying a total payable fine up to a maximum of $6,250.00, a mandatory 6 month licence suspension, and jail up to 6 months upon conviction.   If you would like to discuss your case in more detail, we offer a no-cost initial review of matters via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
