Inquiry:   I was recently given a parking ticket for parking in a handicap parking spot. It was clearly a mistake and the blue paint wasn’t visible under all the snow. There is a sign, but given how far from the curb one has to park with the giant snow banks it isn’t as obvious as one might think (otherwise I clearly wouldn’t have parked there)

I am guilty of parking there, but I would argue the spot was not well marked given the time of year.

$300 is alot of money to me, but I imagine legal representation is more… is this ticket worth fighting? Does fighting a parking ticket work very often?

Response:  Unfortunately we do not deal with parking tickets and are able to advise you in this matter.  However, you always have the option of contesting the charge on your own.  The options available to you should be listed on the back of the parking ticket.
