Inquiry: I reside in Brampton, ontario and I received three tickets
1. speeding 20+
2. loud exhaust
3. improper left turn
on all three tickets the officer wrote wrong address, on one ticket he wrote wrong year of birth and on one he also wrote wrong postal code. Can my tickets be dismissed ?
Response: The errors would likely be amended at Court and would not necessarily be fatal errors to the Prosecutor’s case.
