Inquiry: So I was a passenger in a vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt. I leaned out the window while we were driving to pass a friend in another vehicle a lighter as my luck has it we passed 2 cruisers which I became aware of as they sped up and cut us off. They were quite rude and asked what I was doing so I told them. They then decided to be so kind as to give me a $240 ticket for “passenger fail to properly wear seatbelt”. My question is is there points for a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. I have a g1 going for my g2 next week.
