Inquiry: My friend has been arrested for speeding fines he had for like 3 years now and he got out on bail of 5000 rand now the magistrate said that he needs to pay a further 10000 rand he didn’t have it so now he is in westville prison he only has 8000 rand and the case is tommorrow if he dnt have the 10000 rand the magistrate says he wil be in westville for 18 months what can he do now
