Inquiry: Traffic light controlled intersection with an advanced left turn arrow. I was making a right turn onto a two lane road from a stopped position. A car coming from the opposite direction turned on the advanced left turn arrow. Both of us entered our respective lanes without collision-is this a fail to yield offence?
