Inquiry: Im looking into getting my licence. I have unpaid fines from when i was 16-17 yrs old. im now 32. I never had a licence when i got these fines, but the fines show a drivers licence number, how is that? Will these fines restrict me from getting my licence?
Response: You may well have to address the outstanding fines before being able to have a valid licence. An MTO clerk should be able to clarify what you will need to do to get licenced.
