Inquiry: Officer intentionally put the time on the Notice of 12-hour Prohibition one-hour prior: “so you can get it a little early” (the license).
Does that make the 12-hour prohibition a Nullity?
Is this enough to get the 12-hour prohibition pulled from the driving record and to defeat the subsequent 2-month prohibition by the Superintendent?
IE: The officer knowingly and intentionally recorded a false time.
Response: Unfortunately you are outside of our area of service and will need to contact a local legal representative to get assistance in your matter.
Sincerely,
Greg Currie
