Inquiry: I will be transferring my Ontario license to a another province’s drivers license and registering my vehicle. I do have outstanding fines for parking in Ontario and I am not under any suspension. When I go to transfer my drivers license do I haveto pay the outstanding amount before they will transfer my license?
