Inquiry: I got an RCMP issued speeding ticket while driving outside Ontario (132 in a 100 zone). The officer issuing the ticket did not fill out the date portion of the ticket next to his signature (meaning that there is still a date of offense on the ticket). He also wrote my former home address on the ticket instead of my current address which can be found on the back of my license. I have a Quebec license. Is there any point in my trying to fight this ticket based on these technicalities?  Thank you.

Response:  Unfortunately your ticket is outside of our area of service.  You will need to contact a local legal service provider to get assistance with your matter.
