Inquiry: My question is this: I got a speeding ticket when I was speeding at 3:04PM, which is clearly states on the ticket. On my Notice of Trial it states that I am being charged with speeding at 3:04AM. Is that 12 hour difference enough to win?
Response: The Notice Of Trial is only an administrative document. The offence information will come from the Police Officer’s notes and the original offence notice. You may however have other legitimate defences to the charge that could be examined.
