Inquiry: Hi I received a ticket making a right hand turn during a time no right turns were allowed. The officer listed me as a male when I am clearly a female on the ticket. Will I still have to pay the ticket if I go to court
Response: That would almost certainly have little-to-no impact on the case. You may however have other defences that could be examined. So long as there was no collision involved, the case would likely take minimal time and cost to complete. If you would like to discuss your case in more detail, we offer a no-cost initial review of matters via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
