Inquiry:  I got a speeding ticket on April 14, 2013 but the officer wrote April 13  which I was no where near that area on April 13, is this grounds to have the ticket reversed

Response:  Unfortuntely, that is not necessarily a grounds to have the charge thrown out.  There may however be other possible defences to the charge, or it may be possible to have the charged reduced to a lesser offence to give some protection for demerit points and insurance.  If you would like to discuss your case in more detail, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
