Inquiry:  I came by Dupont st, est to the west, until Dufferin, was red light for me  and for trafic coming from the south of Dufferin, but red light for trafic  coming from the north of dufferin. It was 1:05am when I turn right going  via north, seriously I didn’t make a full stop but the officer fall me  normaly until beside Davenport where the police put the lights behind me, I parked in the side…  After everythings I receved a ticket of RED LIGHT  fail to stop ($325) and other ticket of FAIL TO SIGN in the ink.   I’m guilty in both tickets? Is there possibility to reduce the charge and not have  points? ( I’m driving in Canada one and back home 4 years) this is my first ticket.  Thank you

Response:  There is a fairly good chance that we could reduce the demerit points from 3 to a lesser offence carrying 0 demerit points for the red light charge.  We would neeed more information on the second offence to know if there would be a possibility of having the charge withdrawn or reduced.  We offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
