Inquiry:  the officer gave me a ticket for driving under an invalid licence, but i dont ever have a licence. i thought i should have got a no licence ticket instead. i have had other violations for no licence but i never got my licences suspended. is there anything i can do about this?

Response:  We would need to look at your paperwork from the police or speak with you in more detail about your current charge and case history.  If you have been charged with DRIVE UNDER SUSPENSION, you will be facing very serious penalties including a total payable fine up to a maximum of $6,250.00.  If you have unpaid fines owing to the court, you may have been listed as a suspended driver due to those unpaid fines whether or not you ever applied for a driver’s licence.  If you would like to discuss your case in more detail, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
