Inquiry: I GOT A TICKET FOR CARELESS DRIVING IN CAMBRIDGE. I WAS IN THE AMBULANCE ALL SHAKEN WHEN AN OFFICER GAVE ME A TICKET AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ELSE. HE JUST HANDED ME  A 400 DOLLAR TICKET AFTER I CRASHED MY VEHICLE AND WENT OFF THE ROAD.

Response:  A charge of Careless Driving is a very serious offence carrying 6 demerit points.  I would recommend speaking with one of our staff more specifically about the details of your case.  We offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.

Sincerely,
