Inquiry:  If the intersection I was given a red light ticket at is not marked with a sign, does that mean I will get off the ticket if I meet with the prosecutor and explain this?

Response:   Your inquiry is a little unclear about what type of sign you are referring to.  Red Light traffic tickets that have been issued from a camera do not cause demerit points or a conviction to be registered against your driver’s licence.   Once they have been paid, they simply go away.  Hopefully this information is of help!  If you need us in the future, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
