Inquiry:  I received a speeding ticket but the officer wrote “65km/hr in a 65km/hr zone” ???? Am I obligated to pay a ticket for doing the speed limit?

Response:  With most errors on the face of a ticket, we have to proceed carefully.  Doing nothing at all can lead to your conviction, and eventual suspension of licence.  There error could be a possible grounds to have the charge dropped, or the charge could get amended, or the Officer could reserve you with a new offence notice.  If you would like us to look into the matter on your behalf, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
