Inquiry:  I received a speeding ticket and there was no drivers licence number. Can this be thrown out?

Response:  That issue alone would not likely be a sufficient grounds to have the charge eliminated.  However, you may have other grounds upon which to contest the charge.  If there is not a grounds to have the  charge eliminated, it may be possible to have the charge reduced to protect your driving record, demerit points, insurance, and fines owing to the court.  If you would like to discuss your matter further, we offer a no-cost initial review of cases via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.
