Inquiry:   on july 11 i was charged for no insurance.ticket had court date wrong .it is oct.31 was just handed new summons but has wrong car listed. new court date is sept. 2

Response:  A ‘Drive M/V – No Insurance’ charge is a very serious offence.  A first offence carries a total fine between $6,250 to $31,250 with a suspension of licence up to 1 year.  If you have had a previous conviction for this offence, the range of fine is  doubled.  Given the severity of penalty that you are facing, I would recommend speaking with one of our staff for a no-cost consultation regarding your case via our toll-free number 1-866-801-8299.  Depending on the details of your case, there may be a grounds to have the charge eliminated, reduced to a lesser offence, or at least minimize the penalties.
