Mr. Harper grew up in Windsor, where he raced Motorcross as a youth and played High School Football. He worked in the Mayor's Office and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor before beginning work as a Provincial Prosecutor in 1989.
After securing a degree in Psychology and an Honours degree in Public Administration, Mr. Harper then secured a Master's Degree in Judicial Administration from Brock University in St. Catharines where he attended on a full scholarship.
In addition to his passion for building boats and steam engines, Mr. Harper lectured at the University of Windsor's Law school, has taught Law at Conestoga College as a Sessional Lecturer and has also trained a number of Provincial Prosecutors throughout the Province.
After 15+ years and tens of thousands of cases, Mr. Harper retired from Prosecutions to now have responsibility for the operation and expansion of the strongest traffic ticket defence company in Canada.
