Dana Smith is a graduate of the Law & Security Administration program at Conestoga College.

She has worked in the paralegal industry since 1999 and over the past few years has handled virtually every type of traffic court charge one could imagine. Her professional work experience also includes 2 years as a Clerk of The Ontario Court of Justice, Criminal Division and extensive Management experience.

Widely respected as a tough and relentless litigator, Dana has earned a reputation for achieving top quality results that have contributed greatly to the recognition of the company as "the industry leader among traffic ticket defence companies".

Dana is currently the corporations General Manager and Partner.
