Cell Phone Prohibition

This new legislation includes all cell phone activities while operating your motor vehicle on the roadway. It also includes any and all electronic devices including your G.P.S.

Upon conviction, this charge does not carry any demerit points. The fines will range from $60.00 to $500.00.

It is always a good idea to look into disputing any offence. Demerits or not, there is always the possibility of an impact to your insurance rates.
