Inquiry: I was getting on the off ramp and going 109 km/h and the limit was 70 km/h and i failed to provide both the motor vehicle permit and the insurance card. Is there anything i can do about these tickets? and how many demerit points do i face having added to my license?
Response: At 39 km/h over the posted speed limit, the charge will fall into the second-highest bracket of speeding offences and carry a 4 demerit point penalty. The other two offences carry no demerit points but will both result in a record of conviction if you plead guilty to them.
